I am a Latvian mother and geologist who developed a deep affection for Hervey Bay during a visit with friends in 2015, prompting me to make it my home. While engaged in mining work, I consistently seek ways to empower my team and extend job flexibility to them. In 2020, faced with the challenge of finding a job that would accommodate the flexibility I needed to care for my daughter, I established Personal Maids. My enthusiasm lies in promoting female employment, particularly among working mothers. I appreciate how this company creates meaningful employment and job opportunities for numerous local women and men seeking flexibility for various reasons. Cleaning houses brings me great satisfaction—it's a rewarding job, especially for what I affectionately refer to as "golden oldies." I am a mother, wife, and artist, originally from Maitland, NSW but born in Brisbane. My family recently relocated to Hervey Bay in August 2022. While I have pursued my art as a side venture, the high cost of living has made it more challenging, living on one wage. As a result, I have made the decision to return to work part-time. Fortunately, I was fortunate enough to be referred to Personal Maids, where I had a pleasant conversation with Baiba. She presented me with an amazing opportunity to work for her, and I am incredibly grateful. With 18 years of experience in customer service and 8 years in sales, I place a significant emphasis on providing excellent customer service. I was born in Northern Territory, Australia, but received my education and grew up in France. I am bilingual and multicultural. Upon returning to Australia, I pursued studies in cinema, languages, tourism, and counselling as I navigated my career path. My professional experience includes working on mine sites, in the seismic industry, and in electrical roles. I possess excellent administrative skills. I have a strong passion for natural health and animals, and I have combined these interests by completing a Holistic Animal Health course. Currently, I reside in Hervey Bay with my partner, along with our 2 cats, a dog, and over 50 chickens.
